Is this a subscription?
No. Vanish is a one-time purchase. Pay once and use it indefinitely. No recurring charges, no renewal reminders.
How many computers can I use it on?
One license activates on one computer. If you reinstall Windows or get a new computer, contact support to transfer your activation.
What happens when my trial expires?
When the 7-day trial ends, the Vanish start/stop controls are locked until a license is activated. The app remains installed and your settings are preserved — only the vanishing feature is locked. Enter a license key in the About page to unlock.
What if I reinstall Windows?
If you reinstall Windows, you can reactivate using the same license key. Contact support if you run into trouble transferring your activation.
What is the refund policy?
If Vanish does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact support via GitHub Issues.
